The Adetti Support Portal provides a centralized location for our customers to access support service resources, contact our customer and sales department and submit support tickets for ProTECH Managed IT Services.
In order to submit support tickets, you will have to register and verify your email address. Once done you will be able to submit tickets to our support agents in order to resolve your issues.
The Adetti Support Portal provides a Knowledge Base section where you can find answers to most questions commonly asked. You can search the entire Knowledge Base for the information you are looking for and if you cannot find the right answer please use the portal to submit a ticket to the correct department.
